Our Policy
Providing the best product is my primary goal! I work very hard to present you with beautiful portraits. When you hire me to perform that service for you, I take it very seriously. You will be charged a shooting fee. This fee is to compensate for my time and talents and secures your shoot date. The shooting fee is non-refundable and is due in advance of your photo session. If you do not like the product we present to you, you are under no obligation to purchase your pictures.
I use a professional photo lab for photo printing. If you are not satisfied with the printing results, contact me and I will personally work with the lab to correct the problem. All you need to do is provide me with the prints that did not print correctly and your invoice information. I'll take it from there!
